My Last Meal

I’ve been watching this series on Instagram about “stars last meal.” Well since almost all my troubles these days are caused by my love of FOOD I found myself thinking about what my last meal would be, duh. Now on this podcast many of the guests refer to restaurants where their favorite dish came from, great advertising disquised as content. I don’t go to restaurants these days so I will not be able to make a dime off this, haha. I amuse myself. Let’s start a new paragraph.

I would start with a good glass of champagne. I don’t want to keep saying good, the best etc. so just assume everything is the highest quality.

Champagne, caviar with creme fraiche and blinis, oysters ( I like the little ones), crab cakes, some sushi. What do you think, should I have some sake? I think I should.

The main course will start with a icy cold dirty gin martini followed by a caesar salad, steak medium rare, baked potato with all the dressing, garlic bread and a glass of red wine.

I love a good cheese, maybe something with morels in it? A fruit plate would be nice with mango, pineapple and papaya with lime.

How about a nice walk in the garden before dessert? Maybe a port? I know I want some lemon meringue pie for sure.
